Greeting and sign-off
Used for emails. When you paste a previous email, the AI uses the sender's name instead of [Name].
Things I like to do
Your writing habits. The AI follows these every time.
Words and phrases to avoid
The AI will never use these.
Tone for each reader
How each Tone should sound. New tones you add on the Write page show up here.
My example emails
The AI copies the feel of these. Your best real emails work best. Names here are hidden before sending, like everywhere else.

Hidden words
These are replaced with codes like [[S1]] before anything is sent to Google, then put back in your email. Add client names, people's names, and company or project names.
Project background
Tell the AI what it should know when you pick a project: who the client is, the terms you use. This is sent to Google too, so hidden words above are hidden here as well.
